Typography Film Posters. The brief was to pick a director in this case directors (the Coen brothers) and design two film posters using only typography for the GFT (Glasgow film theatre) the films I chose from their wide library was The Big Lebowski, No Country For Old Men.

I feel that I have captured the essence for each movie by using the practical elements to the poster e.g. The Big Lebowski – making the joints out of paper and then dipped in coffee to give that brownish and used effect. No Country For Old Men – painting on my garage door the title of the movie and to give the rustic and also Western feel, using the flashlight projecting an element of being hunted.
